General booking and cancellation conditions, Hotel Maxim Düsseldorf

Standard bookings

Can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before the day of arrival. Later cancellations can be charged with 80% of the total amount. In the event of no-show, we are entitled to charge up to 90% of the total amount.

Group bookings

Are reservations of 3 rooms or more. These can be canceled free of charge (outside the trade fair times) up to 21 days before arrival, after which we are entitled to charge up to 80% of the total amount.

Exception: 10% of the booked rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

Trade fair and long-term bookings

Can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. After that we are entitled to charge up to 80% of the total amount. In the event of no-show, 90% will be charged.

Trade fair, long-term (from 10 days) and group reservations must generally be made with a valid credit card or a cost assumption recognized by us for the person making the booking. After the cancellation period has expired, we are entitled to charge up to 30% of the credit card or to issue an advance invoice.

A period of 1 day applies to offers made by the hotel. After this period has expired, we are no longer bound by the offer. You are welcome to have a new offer drawn up.

Booked rooms are available to our guests from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure. (Late check out for a surcharge by arrangement.)

Reservations for the seminar room can be canceled up to 14 days before the day of the event. Thereafter, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 90% of the sum.

All reservations are confirmed by us in writing with a reference to the applicable cancellation conditions. The conditions agreed therein apply to reservations via booking portals. Deviating agreements are only valid if they are confirmed in writing by the hotel.

Our prices are variable and depend on the respective booking date.
